Many people think that they do a good job at reducing their carbon footprint. Unfortunately Ireland is not a particularly good country at reducing it's carbon footprint. One of the simplest ways to reduce your carbon footprint is one of the most obvious. Turning off the lights when you leave the room is a surprisingly easy and effective way to reduce your carbon footprint

Today's Astonishing Fact:
The average Irish person emits 8.8 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually whereas the average Portuguese person uses only 5.3 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually
